How we count vehicles

We count active, deployed devices in a calendar month. Paused or undeployed devices don't count toward the ≥100 threshold.

Pricing Terms & Conditions

  • Monthly platform minimum of $250 per operator. Your fees (percent or per-vehicle) are credited toward it; if less than $250, we invoice the difference.
  • White-Label setup fee is $2,750 one-time. No setup fee if you launch under Levy Label.
  • GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) excludes taxes, government fees, and tips.
  • Chargeback outcomes are determined by the card networks; we manage filings and representation.
  • Pricing shown in USD; taxes/VAT may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
  • Managed pricing is 20% of GMV under 100 active vehicles. Fleets with 100+ active vehicles qualify for 15% Managed pricing on annual or approved term commitments.
  • Software-Only (per-vehicle) pricing requires ≥100 active vehicles, in-house support and payment operations, and an annual or approved term commitment.
  • Software-Only pricing is billed based on active, deployed devices and does not include Levy-managed rider support, payment operations, disputes, or collections.
  • Custom hybrid revenue share / per-vehicle structures (including self-managed revenue share) are available as enterprise agreements outside the public tiers.
