Do I need to run a rental business?
No. Levy Personal is for using your own vehicle yourself. You do not need to list it for rental, collect rider payments, or operate a public fleet.
Can I use a former rental scooter?
Yes, if you legally own it and have authorized access to its IoT module. Tell us the model and where it came from so we can help with the account handoff. Levy Personal does not bypass a previous owner’s access controls.
Can I use my existing scooter?
Levy Personal works with OKAI, Segway, and other vehicles that have Bluetooth-enabled IoT. Share the exact vehicle model and IoT module, if you know it, so we can guide your setup. A Bluetooth speaker or display alone is different from a vehicle-control IoT module.
What do I need to get connected?
You need a vehicle you own or are authorized to manage, its Bluetooth IoT details and authorized access credentials, and the Levy operator app. We will walk you through setup. If a vehicle is still assigned to a previous operator, that operator needs to release access first.
Does Bluetooth control need a cellular plan?
The nearby lock and unlock connection runs directly between your phone and the vehicle over Bluetooth. Account setup and sign-in need internet access. Remote cellular commands and live GPS tracking are separate from this personal Bluetooth offer.
How much will it cost?
The expected launch price is $5 USD per month per vehicle. We will confirm final pricing before you enroll. Joining early access is free and does not start a subscription.
