Re-Lock confirmed Premium and Premium Plus support server-side remote unlock at the hardware/platform level, but current customers use the BLE session-key flow: Re-Lock Key Management Service provides session keys and the app generates OTPs over BLE. The API endpoint to control/open a lock is not yet available and is expected soon; IoT data will be made available via API. NFC tap-to-unlock supports corporate badge fleets and ISO-14443 transit cards. Optional CAN bus integration with e-bike powertrain controllers enables drivetrain-level motor immobilisation. Premium Plus is Re-Lock's top public smart-lock tier. The official solutions page keeps GPS, server-side operation, vehicle-battery power, and optional CAN bus integration while adding NFC to the access stack.

Re-Lock confirmed on 2026-05-11 that Premium and Premium Plus support server-side remote unlock at the hardware/platform level, but current customer deployments use the BLE session-key flow. The API endpoint to control/open a lock is not yet available and is expected to be added soon.
