LINKA markets LASSO 8 as a Bluetooth smart chain lock for bikes and e-bikes. The lock closes when the chain is plugged into the lock body, and users unlock it locally through the LINKA app over encrypted Bluetooth 5.0 or through the optional SmartMotion Key accessory.
The important fleet caveat is that LASSO 8 does not have its own GPS receiver or cellular modem.
