Bosch Smart System bikes are integrated with Levy Fleets — no retrofit tracker.
Levy reads location, lock state, and alarm status straight from the Bosch ConnectModule, so Trek, Tern, Cannondale, Riese & Müller, and other Bosch-powered rentals appear on the Levy map as native connected bikes. Booking, recovery, support, and billing run on top — without bolting a second tracker into the motor.

How it works with Levy
Bosch eBike on a tracker-agnostic Levy stack
For fleets standardized on Bosch-powered e-bikes, Levy is the operations layer on top of the ConnectModule's native location and immobilization — the highest-leverage path because there is no aftermarket hardware to install.

Turn tracker data into fleet operations
How the integration works
Levy connects to the Bosch eBike Cloud and authorizes each bike in the fleet.
Bike identity, last-known location, alarm state, and immobilization status map into Levy assets.
Recovery and fleet-health workflows surface in Levy without forcing operators into a second tracker dashboard.
Why operators run it on Levy
Perfect wedge for operators who hate motor-housing tracker installs.
Levy sells software on bikes that already carry premium OEM connectivity.
Pairs with retrofit trackers for non-Bosch bikes in the same fleet.

Questions
Bosch eBike ConnectModule + Levy FAQ
Do I need to install a separate tracker on Bosch Smart System bikes?
No. The Bosch ConnectModule already provides GPS and anti-theft natively, and Levy reads it through the Bosch eBike Cloud — so there is nothing to splice into the motor.
Can Levy remotely disable a stolen Bosch bike?
Yes. Motor support can be deactivated remotely, and it stays disabled even if the ConnectModule is physically removed.
Is a subscription required for live location?
Live GPS requires the bike's Bosch Flow+ plan. The free Flow tier still supports motor/battery lock and alarm.
