How to Bind a Helmet to a Scooter
The Segway Launcher app supports binding smart helmets to individual scooters, enabling helmet unlocking as part of the rental flow.

Overview
To bind a helmet to a scooter using Segway Launcher:
- Open the Segway Launcher app
- Navigate to the scooter you want to bind the helmet to
- Select Helmet from the scooter options menu
- Follow the on-screen steps to scan or enter the helmet ID and confirm the binding
Requirements
- A compatible Segway smart helmet
- The Segway Launcher app installed and logged in
- The scooter must be activated and online (or within Bluetooth range)
