How to replace the rear wheel assembly

Tool preparation: T20 bit, T25bit, H2.5bit, PH2 bit, 8mm wrench, 10mm wrench, 11mm wrench, 14mm wrench, 15mm wrench, rear reflective stickers, corner turner, electric screwdriver Part 1: Disassembly Remove the seat cushion Power off the E bike, pull the cable lock out of the fender cover. Remove the seat cushion anti-theft screw M58 with T20 bit and corner turner, open the seat tube clamp outwards, and then take out the seat tube and seat cushion upward. Remove the rear fender Remove 1 screws ST4.8x13 with T20 bit, pick up the top cover of the rear fender and disconnect the ware harness of the sensor, then take out the top cover. Remove the cable lock label, remove 2 screws M58 with T20 bit, then remove the side cover of the rear fender. Remove 1 screw M58 on the rear fender with T20 bit, then remove 5 screws on both sides of the fender with T25 bit, then take out the rear fender upward. Disassembly the rear brake line Clamp the adjust nut with 14mm wrench, and then loosen the lock nut with 8mm wrench. Hold the right brake handle tightly, tighten the rear brake line, then remove the lock nut with 8mm wrench, and remove the adjust nut, lock post and dust cover in turn. Remove the fixing screw M7 of the brake line with 11mm wrench, and then pull the brake line out of the line hole to the left. Rear the rear wheel Remove the rear reflective stickers on both sides, and then remove the 6 screws M36 with H2.5 bit to remove the decorative covers on both sides. Remove the nuts of the chain adjusting assembly on both sides with 10mm wrench, and then remove the fixing nuts and gaskets on both sides of the rear wheel with 15mm wrench. Push the rear wheel forward, remove the chain from the flywheel. Remove 5 screws M512 with T25 bit on the right five-outlet decorative cover. Hang the right five-outlet decorative cover onto the crank, and remove the chain from the toothed disc. Push the rear wheel backward to remove the chain from the transmission and remove the rear wheel. Remove the drum brake on the left side of the chain adjusting gaskets on both sides of the rear wheel. Remove 4 screws M412 and 4 nut M4 with T20 bit, and take out the 2 reflectors.

Part 2: Assembly Install the rear wheel assembly Take the new rear wheel assembly, install the rear wheel reflector, fasten the corresponding screw M412 and nut M4 with T20 bit, install the reflector on the left side of the rear wheel, and install the screws from the right side of the rear wheel. Install the drum brake on the left side of the rear wheel, straighten the rear wheel, install chain adjusting gaskets on both sides, and install the chain on the flywheel. Install the rear assembly on the rear flat fork, pay attention to the drum brake position. Install the chain on the toothed disc, push the rear wheel backward, install the chain adjusting assembly, and fasten the chain adjusting nut with 10mm wrench, Torque: 8-12N·m to make the chain properly tightened and the rear wheel centered. Install the rear wheel gasket and lock nut respectively, and fasten with 15mm wrench with torque of 30-35N·m. Assembly the rear brake line Put the rear brake line through the drum brake line hole, and tighten the nut M7 with an 11mm wrench with a torque of 5-7N·m. Install the dust cover and lock column in turn, and thread the brake wire out of the middle hole of the lock column. Then install the adjusting nut, hold the right brake handle, tighten the brake line, install the nut with 8mm wrench, lock the adjusting nut with 14mm wrench, and tighten the lock nut Torque: 5-7N·m. Install the decorative covers on both sides, and fasten 6 screws M36 with H2.5 bit, Torque: 0.6±0.1N·m. then install the reflective stickers. Install the right decorative cover of the five-outlet, and fasten 5 screws M512 with T25 bit with torque of 5-7N·m. Install the rear fender Install the fender on the frame, pay attention to pass the wire harness of the rear light and the sensor out of the corresponding wire hole of the fender, and move the rear fender support to align with the screw hole on the fender. Fasten 1 screw M58 with T20 bit, Torque: 4-5N·m, then fasten 5 screws on both sides of the fender with T25 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m. Install the side cover of the rear fender, fasten 2 screws M58 with T20 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m, then install the cable lock label. Connect the wire harness of the rear light and the sensor, install the top cover on the rear fender, be careful not the press the wire harness, and then fasten 1 screw ST4.8x13 with T20 bit, Torque: 3-4N·m. Install the seat cushion Insert the seat tube and cushion into the frame, select the appropriate height, and then close the seat tube clamp inward.
