How to replace the battery cover

Tool preparation: H2 bit, T20 bit, T25bit, electric screwdriver

Part 1: Disassembly Power off the bike, open the battery cover with APP, then disconnect the terminal of the battery and remove the battery Remove 2 screws M512 on both sides of the cover with T25 bit. Remove the screw M410 with H2 bit, then drive out the shaft with the bit and remove the battery cover Remove 4 screws M4*10 with T20 bit, and remove the latch.

Part 2: Disassembly Take a new battery cover plate and attach the pressure block and waterproof strip. Install the lock catch and fasten 4 screws M4X10 with T20 bit, Torque: 2-3N·m. Install the cover plate on the frame, insert the shaft and pay attention to the positioning hole. Fasten 1 screw M410 with H2 bit, Torque: 1.8±0.2N·m. Fasten 2 screws M512 with T25 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m. Turn the cover plate to confirm that the replacement is normal, Install the battery and insert the battery terminal, pay attention to insert it in place, then close the cover plate
