How to replace the basket and the headlight
Tool preparation: T30 bit, T20bit, T10 bit, PH2 bit, electric screwdriver Part 1: Disassembly Power off the bike, remove 4 screws M620 and corresponding gasket on the basket with T30 bit, pick up the basket and disconnect the wire harness of the headlight, then remove the basket Remove 8 screws ST2.9x9.5 under the basket and remove the wire guard. Remove 1 screw M38 on the headlight with T10 bit. Remove 2 screws ST2.9x16 on the front side of the headlight with T10 bit, then remove the cover and the headlight Remove 1 screw ST4.8x9.5 on the back of the reflector with PH2 bit, then remove the front reflector. Part 2: Assembly Take the new basket, align the limit hole and install the reflector, then fasten 1 screw ST4.8x9.5 with PH2 bit, Torque: 4-5N·m Install the new headlight, pass the wire harness through the wire hole. Install the cover, pay attention to the direction of the cover, then fasten 2 screws ST2.9x16, Torque: 1.0±0.02N·m. Fasten 1 screw M38 on the headlight with T10 bit, Torque: 0.6±0.1N·m. Put the headlight harness into the slot, install the wire guard board, pay attention not to press the wire, and fasten 8 screws ST2.9x9.5 with T20 bit, Torque: 1.0±0.02 N·m. Install the basket on the bike, connect the wire harness of the headlight. Then fasten 4 screws M620 and corresponding gasket with T30 bit, Torque: 8-12N·m.
