How to replace the front wheel assembly

Tool preparation: T20 bit, T25 bit, conner turner, electric screwdriver Part 1: Disassembly Remove 1 screw ST4.2x13 with T20 bit on the left side of the front fender, then remove 2 screws M5x10 with T25 bit. Remove 1 screw ST4.2x13 with T20 bit on the right side of the front fender(P3), then remove 2 screws M5x10 with T25 bit. Remove the front fender2 backward, then disconnect the motor cable. Clamp the adjust nut with 14mm wrench, and then loosen the lock nut with 8mm wrench. Hold the right brake handle tightly, tighten the rear brake line, then remove the lock nut with 8mm wrench, and remove the adjust nut, lock post and dust cover in turn. Remove the fixing screw M7 of the brake line with 11mm wrench, and then pull the brake line out of the line hole upward. Remove the decorative sticker on the left side of the frong wheel, then remove 1 screw M516 with T25 bit, remove 2 screws M58 with T20 bit, then take out the left decorative cover. Remove 1 screw M58 with T20 bit, then remove the fix nut M12 with 18mm wrench on the left side of the front wheel. Remove the decorative sticker on the right side of the frong wheel, then remove 1 screw M516 with T25 bit, remove 2 screws M58 with T20 bit, then take out the left decorative cover. Remove 1 screw M58 with T20 bit, then remove the fix nut M12 with 18mm wrench on the right side of the front wheel. Remove the motor cable from the cable slot, press and hold the vehicle cushion, lift the front fork (need another colleague's help, and then take out the front wheel forward. Remove the drum brake(P25), then remove 4 screws M412 and 4 nut M4 with T20 bit, and take out the 2 reflectors. Part 2: Assembly Take the new front wheel assembly, install the front wheel reflector, fasten the corresponding screw M412 and nut M4 with T20 bit, install the reflector on the left side of the front wheel, and install the screws from the right side of the front wheel, then install the drum brake on the left side of the front wheel. Install the front wheel assembly onto the front fork with the motor cable facing up, and clamp the drum brake limit groove onto the front fork boss. Install the right stop gasket, and fasten 1 screw M58 with T20 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m. Then install the nut M12, and fasten it with 18mm wrench, Torque: 35-40N·m. Then put the motor cable into the slot on the fender and connect the motor cable. Install the decorative cove on the right side of the frong wheel, fasten 1 screw M516 with T25 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m, fasten 2 screws M58 with T20 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m Install the right stop gasket, and fasten 1 screw M58 with T20 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m. Then install the nut M12, and fasten it with 18mm wrench, Torque: 35-40N·m. Install the decorative cove on the left side of the frong wheel, fasten 1 screw M516 with T25 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m, fasten 2 screws M58 with T20 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m, then install the left decorative sticker. Put the brake wire through the wire hole on the drum brake, and then tighten the nut M7 with 11mm wrench, Torque: 5-7N·m. Install the dust cover and lock column in turn, and thread the brake line out of the middle hole of the lock column. Then install the adjusting nut, hold the right brake handle, tighten the brake line, install the nut with 8mm wrench, lock the adjusting nut with 14mm wrench, and tighten the lock nut Torque: 5-7N·m. Install the front fender 2 and install it onto the front fender 1 from the rear to the front. Pay attention not to press the front brake line and motor line. Then, the fasten 2 screws M510 with T25 bit on the left side of the fender, Torque: 5-7N·m. Then fasten 1 screw ST4.2x13 with T20 bit, Torque: 3-4N·m. Fasten 2 screws M510 with T25 bit on the right side of the front fender, Torque: 5-7N·m. Then fasten 1 screw ST4.2x13 with T20 bit, Torque: 3-4N·m.
