How to replace the rear sensor of the cable lock

Tool preparation: T20 bit, T25bit, corner turner, electric screwdriver Part 1: Disassembly Power off the E bike, pull the cable lock out of the fender cover. Remove 2 screws M5*12 with T25 bit, pick up the top cover of the rear cover and disconnect the ware harness of the sensor, then take out the top cover. Remove the 4 screw ST4.2x13 with T20 bit, then remove the sensor and the cover plate.

Part 2: Assembly Take the new sensor, install it on the cover plate, and then buckle the sensor to the fender cover. Fasten 4 screws ST4.2x13 on the cover plate with T20 bit, Torque: 3-4N·m. Connect the wire harness of the sensor, install the top cover on the rear fender, be careful not the press the wire harness, and then fasten 1 screw ST4.2x13 with T20 bit, Torque: 3-4N·m. Insert the cable lock into the upper cover of the rear fender.
