How to replace the e-lock

Tool preparation: T20 bit, T25bit, H2 bit, electric screwdriver Part 1: Disassembly Remove the battery Power off the bike, open the battery cover with APP, then disconnect the terminal of the battery and remove the battery. Remove the battery cover Remove 2 screws M512 on both sides of the cover with T25 bit. Remove the screw M410 with H2 bit, then drive out the shaft with the bit and remove the battery cover. Remove the battery cabin inner cover Remove 2 screws M412 with T20 bit, and remove the 5 screws M4x10 on the battery cabin inner cover. Take out the battery cabin inner cover from the lower end, then remove the 3 cable clips. Remove the e-lock Remove 6 screws M512 with T25 bit take out the Five-outlet cover-left, then locate and disconnect the electronic lock harness. Pull the electronic lock harness out of the Five-outlet. Remove 4 screws M425 on the e-lock with T20 bit, pull the harness out and remove the lock. Part 2: Assembly Install the new e-lock pass the electronic lock wire harness through the lock bracket, align the screw holes, fasten 3 screws M425 with T20 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m. Put the electronic lock wire harness through the five-outlet. Connect the electronic lock wire harness, put the wire harness in the five-outlet, install the five-outlet decorative cover, pay attention not to press the wire, and fasten 6 screws M5x12 with T25 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m Install the battery cabin inner cover Arrange the wiring harness in the battery compartment, from left to right are the rear brake line, motor adapter line, bus, electronic lock line, and then install the line clip. Pay attention to the hole position of the line clip. Install the battery cabin inner cover, first install the end close to the electronic lock, and then put the inner cover into the battery compartment. Fasten 2 screws M412 with T20 bit, and fasten 5 screws M410, Torque: 2-3N·m Install the battery cover Install the cover plate on the frame, insert the shaft and pay attention to the positioning hole. Fasten 1 screw M410 with H2 bit, Torque: 1.8±0.2N·m. Fasten 2 screws M512 with T25 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m. Install the battery Install the battery and insert the battery terminal, pay attention to insert it in place. Close the electronic lock latch with a screwdriver to confirm that it can be opened normally by the APP, and then close the cover plate.
