How to replace the controller
Tool preparation: mobile phone, T25bit, electric screwdriver Part 1: Disassembly Power off the bike, open the battery cover with APP, then pick up the battery and disconnect the terminal of the battery. Remove 6 screws M512 with T25 bit and take out the Five-outlet cover-left, then disconnect all the wire harness on the controller. Remove 2 screws M512 with T25 bit, take out the controller and disconnect the motor adapter line.
Part 2: Assembly Take a new controller, connect each wire harness respectively, then put the controller into the five-outlet, align the screw hole, and fasten two screws M5*12 with T25 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m. Arrange wire harness and put them into the five-outlet, install the five-outlet decorative cover, pay attention not to press the wire, and fasten 6 screws M5x12 with T25 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m. Pick up the battery and insert the battery terminal, pay attention to insert it in place. Close the electronic lock latch with a screwdriver to confirm that it can be opened normally by the APP, and then close the cover plate
