Secure Lock & Unlock
R0 handshake with a mandatory heartbeat ACK requirement. The device ignores ALL commands until the server acknowledges its heartbeat—ensuring only authorized servers can control the scooter.
GPS Location
On-demand D0 position requests return latitude, longitude, speed, and heading. Track every scooter in your fleet in real time.
Vehicle Status
S6 telemetry reports battery level, lock state, current speed, and operational status. Full visibility without polling.
Configurable Heartbeat
S5 settings control reporting intervals. Balance between real-time tracking and battery conservation for your specific fleet needs.

Add Acton scooters to the Levy Fleets dashboard by IMEI. The platform connects to the device over TCP and begins the R0 handshake automatically.
Heartbeat Established
The device sends its first heartbeat. Our server ACKs it immediately, unlocking command acceptance. Telemetry begins flowing and the scooter appears on your dashboard.
Riders Unlock & Ride
Riders find scooters on the map and tap to unlock. The simplified protocol handles lock/unlock in under a second. Lock it when done. Simple and reliable.
