Pull out the stem, disconnect the connection of control bus, Remove the black plate cover of the brake box, Take the brake cable plastic connector from the groove of the brake box, Pass brake cable through the open slot of front tube, Remove the brake cable from the brake box, then take off the stem. Remove the tube assembly Remove 1 M620 screw on the front tube with the T30 and take out the jacket. Remove the 3 M620 screws on the back side of the front tube, Pull the front tube upwards and remove the front tube. Remove the controller Remove 4 M48 screws with the H3; take out the front cover plate; Disconnect the taillight wire, motor cable, e-lock wire from controller. Remove the label; Remove 4 screws M48 on the controller with T15, Disconnect the controller wire from the Y-line, then take out the controller and the Y-line. Remove front fender and brake line Remove the four rubber plugs and two reflection stickers with tweezers, then remove 6 M48 screws with H3 on each side of the front fork cover. Separate the front fork covers on both sides by hand and remove the front fork covers. Remove the locknut M5 with 8# ratchet wrench, Remove the adjusting nut, the perforated cylindrical and the dust cover in turn. Remove the M6 hex nut with10# wrench. Remove 4 ST3.59.5 screws with the PH2, take out the front fender. Remove the brake line from the hole of front fork fixing block. Then pull the brake line out Remove the front fork assembly Take out the front fork hollow bolt and flat washer with 26mm wrench, then take out the tube adapter, the dust cover and the opening holding ring in turn. Take out the front fork assembly Remove the e-lock Remove 4 M612 screws with T30, then take off the lock cover. Remove 3 M425 screws with PH2, Pull the wire harness out of the cable slot and take out the electronic lock. Remove the tail light wire Push down the scooter, remove 2 screws M414 with T20, take off the cover and disconnect the tail light wire. Remove 2 screws M48, take out the wire button and take out the tail light wire Remove the rear fender assembly Lift the scooter. Remove the rear foot pad, remove 4 cross pan head screws M48 with H3, then take off the rear fender assembly. Remove the rear wheel assembly Remove the reflective stickers and the 4 M36 screws on both sides of the wheel with H2.5 bit, then remove the two decorative covers. Remove the two screws ST3.913 with PH2. Remove two flange nuts M12 and washers on both sides with 18# wrench. pull the motor cable out of the frame threading hole, then take off the rear wheel assemble. Take off the cover of the motor cable. Remove the kickstand Remove 2 M614 with T30, then remove the kickstand
Install the kickstand Take the new kickstand, fasten 2 M614 with T30, Torque: 10.0±1.0Nm. Install rear wheel assembly Take the rear wheel motor, Place the rear wheel motor on the frame and pass the cable through the slot, install the motor cable cover, and the motor cable cover opens outward. Fasten two cross screws ST3.913 with PH2 to fix the cable cover Torque: 0.55-0.65 N·m. Fasten the 2 flange nuts M12 and shims of the rear wheel with 18# wrench, Torque: 45N·m. Install the tail light wire and rear fender assembly Fasten 4 Hexagon socket head flat washer blue white zinc plated combination screws M48 with H3, Torque: 2±0.2N·m, Install the new rear foot pad. Put the tail light wire out of the wire slot, , install the wire buckle, and fasten two M4 * 8 screws with T15, Torque: 2± 0.2N·m. connect the tail light terminal, Install the tail light wire cover plate, and fasten 2 screws M4 * 14 with T20, Torque: 1.5±0.2N·m. Install the decorative covers, and fasten 4 M36 screws with H2.5 on both sides, Torque: 0.55±0.15N·m. Then install the reflective stickers. Install the e-lock Take the electronic lock, and put the electronic lock harness into the slot along the line. Fasten 3 M425 screws with PH2, Torque: 2±0.2N·m. install the cover, fasten 4 M6*12 screws with T3, Torque: 5-7 N·m.
