Segway B200 E-Bike - Headlight Repair Video

Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, T10 bit, T30 bit Operating steps: Remove the battery, and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery

Hold the front basket assembly, use T30 bit to remove the four screws M6×20 and black decorative cover from the front basket(P1), and disconnect the headlight wiring harness (P2), then remove the front basket assembly

Use T10 bit to remove eight screws ST2.9×8 from the headlight wiring harness cover, and remove the headlight wiring harness cover(P3)

Use T10 bit to remove two screws ST2.9×16 from the headlight cover, and remove the headlight cover(P4)

Use T10 bit to remove screw M3×8 holding the headlight on the inside of the front basket, and remove the headlight(P5, P6)

Get a new headlight, thread the wiring harness into the front basket hole, preinstall the headlight into place(bulb down), put the headlight cover into the corresponding slot, and use T10 bit to lock two screws ST2.9×16 on the headlight cover(Torque: 0.5±0.08 N·m)(P7, P8)

Use T10 bit to lock screw M3×8 holding the headlight on the inside of the front basket(Torque: 1±0.1 N·m)(P9)

Straighten the headlight wiring harness and place it in the cable slot, avoid screw holes and protruding ribs, and place the cover of the headlight wiring harness on the cable slot according to the copy, and use T10 bit to remove eight screws ST2.9×8 from the headlight wiring harness cover(Torque: 0.5±0.08 N·m)(P10)

Connect the wiring harness(P11), and use T30 bit to lock the four screws M6×20 and black decorative cover from the front basket(Torque: 7-9 N·m)(P12)

Install the battery and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery(P13)
