Segway B200 E-Bike - Battery Lock Repair Video
Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, T20 bit, T25 bit Operating steps: Remove the battery, and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery
Turn the Ebike upside down, and remove six screws M4×12 on the bottom cover of the frame with T20 bit(P1), then remove the bottom cover of the frame(P2)
Use T20 bit to remove two screws M4×20 fixing the battery lock protective cover(P3), and remove the battery lock protective cover(P4)
Disconnect the wiring harness, and use T25 bit to remove two screws M5×12 on the battery lock (P5, P6)
Remove the battery lock(P7)
Get a new battery lock, and connect the wiring harness through the frame hole(P8, P9), then use T25 bit to lock two screws M5×12 on the battery lock(Apply red strong thread glue)(Torque: 4.5±0.5 N·m)(P10)
Install the battery lock protective cover(P11), and use T20 bit to lock two screws M4×20 fixing the battery lock protective cover(Torque: 2-3 N·m)(P12)
Arrange the wiring harness, and install the bottom cover of the frame, then use T20 bit to lock six screws M4×12 on the bottom cover of the frame(in the sequence shown in the following figure)(Torque: 2-4 N·m)(P13), and position the Ebike upright
Install the battery and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery(P14)
