Tool preparation Mobile phone, L type T40 wrench, T25 bit, T30 bit, electric screwdriver Confirm the attachment Basket x 1; Pedal x 2 (Left and right) 1, install the handlebar Remove the packing bag, then disconnect the terminal of the battery Loosen the fix screws on the handlebar with T40 wrench, then turn the handlebar outward and install it in place downward. Fasten 2 limit screws M510 of the handlebar with T25 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m. Then fasten 4 fix screws M725 of the handlebar with T45 wrench, Torque: 15-25N·m. 2, Install the basket Remove the fixing screws and gaskets of the basket from the head tube with T30 bit, and then remove the adhesive tape for fixing the headlamp harness. Install the basket, connect the front lamp harness, and then put the front lamp harness and the debugging line into the head tube together to avoid the basket pressing the line. Install the screws M6*20 and the gasket, and fasten them with T30 bit, Torque: 8-12N·m. 3, Install the pedal Remove the packing of left crank, take the left pedal. Install the pedal on the crank, and fasten it with T40 wrench clockwise. Remove the packing of right crank, take the left pedal. Install the pedal on the crank, and fasten it with T40 wrench anticlockwise 4, Install the battery lift the cover of the battery compartment, lift the battery and insert the battery terminal. The dashboard flashes when the battery is connected, then the atmosphere lamp starts to work. Open the cover plate lock, then close and lock the battery compartment cover. 5, Remove the packing of the seat Remove the packing of the seat. 6, Function check Power on the vehicle by the APP, the dashboard can work normally without alarm information and subtitle is not missing. The cover plate lock can be opened normally by the APP. Power on the vehicle, the headlight can work normally. Power on the vehicle, the rear lamp can work normally; and holing the brake handle, the brightness of the tail lamp deepens. When the vehicle is not started, the steel cable will be locked when it is inserted into the lock body; After starting the vehicle, the cable lock is opened to pull out the cable; Then insert the steel cable into the lock body, and the vehicle will close automatically.
