Remove 6 screws M512 with T25 bit, take out the Five-outlet cover-right. Clamp the nut with the dental disc tool and anti-dropping device, and then rotate clockwise with a spanner to remove the gear disc nut, and then remove the gear disc outward. Need another person to hold down the left pedal. Remove the moment axis Take off the screw M818 with H8 pentagon bit, and take down the left crank and pedal assembly with the crank puller and 16mm wrench. Remove 6 screws M512 with T25 bit take out the Five-outlet cover-left, Then locate and disconnect the central axis wire harness. Rotate clockwise to release the right tooth bowl with Center Axle wrench(. Pull out the central axis bundle from the Five-outlet wire hole and take out the torque central axis. Turn counter clockwise to release the left tooth bowl with Center Axle wrench. Part 2: Assembly Install the moment axis Take the new central axis, install the left tooth bowl on the left side of the frame, and fasten it with Center Axle wrench clockwise, Torque: 35-50N·m. Insert the center axle into the frame from right to left, and thread the wire harness out of the corresponding wire hole. Be careful not to squeeze the wire harness. and then fasten it with the center axle wrench in a counterclockwise direction, Torque: 35-50N·m. Install the crank on the axis, and fasten the screw M818 with H8 pentagon bit, Torque: 40N·m. Install the gear disc Install the toothed disc with one end of the plane facing outward, install the lock nut, and tighten it with the toothed disc tool counterclockwise, Torque: 35-45N·m. Need another person to hold the left pedal down. Install the chain, first install the chain on the toothed plate, and then rotate the toothed plate forward, so that the chain is completely installed on the toothed plate. Install the Five-outlet cover-right, fasten 6 screws M5x12 with T25 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m. Install the right crank and pedal at 180 degrees to the left crank, and fasten the screw M818 with H8 pentagon bit, Torque: 40N·m.
