How to replace the horn

Tool preparation: T25 bit, PH1 bit, seal ring, white gum electric screwdriver Part 1: Disassembly Power off the bike, open the battery cover with APP, then disconnect the terminal of the battery Remove 4 screws M510 under the dashboard with T25 bit, then pick up the dashboard assembly Disconnect the wire harness of the dashboard, then take out the dashboard assembly. Remove and disconnect the horn wire harness, remove 3pcd screws ST2.2x6.5 on the horn cover with PH1 bit, then take out the horn. Remove the sealing ring, remove the white glue and take out the horn. Part 2: Assembly Take a new horn and install it on the back cover. Pay attention to the correspondence between the harness position and the back cover limit hole position, and then apply white glue. Take a new sealing ring and stick it to the edge of the cover. Install the horn on the dashboard and align with the limit hole, fasten 3 screws ST2.2x6.5 with PH1 bit, Torque: 0.75±0.02N·m. connect the wire harness and clip it onto the dashboard part. Install the dashboard assembly, connect the wire harness of the dashboard, then install it on the handlebar base, taking care not to squeeze the wire harness. Fasten 4 screws M510 with T25 bit under the dashboard, Torque: 5-7N·m Pick up the battery and insert the battery terminal, pay attention to insert it in place, put the battery back into the battery compartment and close the cover plate.
