How to replace the front fork

Tool preparation: T20 bit, T25 bit, T30 bit, PH1 bit, H2 bit, H6 bit, 8mm wrench, 11mm wrench, 14mm wrench, 18mm wrench, 36mm octagonal socket wrench, corner turner, electric screwdriver Part 1: Disassembly Remove the front fender2 Remove 1 screw ST4.2x13 with T20 bit on the left side of the front fender, then remove 2 screws M5x10 with T25 bit Remove 1 screw ST4.2x13 with T20 bit on the right side of the front fender, then remove 2 screws M5x10 with T25 bit Remove the front fender2 backward, then disconnect the motor cable Disassembly the front brake line Clamp the adjust nut with 14mm wrench, and then loosen the lock nut with 8mm wrench. Hold the right brake handle tightly, tighten the rear brake line, then remove the lock nut with 8mm wrench, and remove the adjust nut, lock post and dust cover in turn. Remove the fixing screw M7 of the brake line with 11mm wrench, and then pull the brake line out of the line hole upward Remove the seat cushion Power off the E bike, pull the cable lock out of the fender cover. Remove the seat cushion anti-theft screw M58 with T20 bit and corner turner, open the seat tube clamp outwards, and then take out the seat tube and seat cushion upward. Remove the rear fender Remove 1 screw ST4.8x13 with T20 bit, pick up the top cover of the rear fender and disconnect the ware harness of the sensor, then take out the top cover. Remove the cable lock label, remove 2 screws M58 with T20 bit, then remove the side cover of the rear fender. Remove 1 screw M58 with T20 bit, then remove 5 screws on both sides of the fender with T25 bit. Then take out the rear fender upward Remove the battery Open the battery cover with APP, then disconnect the terminal of the battery and remove the battery. Remove the battery cover Remove 2 screws M512 with T25 bit. Remove the screw M410 with H2 bit, then drive out the shaft with the bit and remove the battery cover. Remove the battery cabin inner cover Remove 2 screws M412 with T20 bit, and remove the 5 screws M4x10. Take out the battery cabin inner cover from the lower end, then remove the 3 cable clips. Disassembly the rear brake line Clamp the adjust nut with 14mm wrench, and then loosen the lock nut with 8mm wrench. Hold the right brake handle tightly, tighten the rear brake line, then remove the lock nut with 8mm wrench, and remove the adjust nut, lock post and dust cover in turn. Remove the fixing screw M7 of the brake line with 11mm wrench, and then pull the brake line out of the line hole to the left. Remove 5 screws M512 with T25 bit take out the Five-outlet cover-left. then pull out the rear brake line from the five-outlet, then pull out the brake line to the battery compartment. Remove the dashboard assembly Remove 4 screws M510, then pick up the dashboard assembly. Disconnect the wire harness of the dashboard, then take out the dashboard assembly. Remove the vertical base Loosen the vertical base screw with H6 wrench, and rotate the screw for 5-7 turns, not too much, to prevent the holding block from falling. Then hold the front wheels with both legs, hold the handlebars on both sides with both hands, pull up the base, and then pull out the front and rear brake lines from the frame. Remove the front fork assembly Remove the lock nut, stop gasket, the lower plug of bowl set and the dust cover with 36mm octagon wrench, lift the frame (with the assistance of others), take out the front fork assembly from the head tube, and pay attention to thread the motor line from the bottom cover of the head tube. Remove the front wheel assembly Remove the decorative sticker on the left side of the frong wheel, then remove 1 screw M516 with T25 bit, remove 2 screws M58 with T20 bit, then take out the left decorative cover. Remove 1 screw M58 with T20 bit(P60), then remove the fix nut M12 with 18mm wrench on the left side of the front wheel. Remove the decorative sticker on the right side of the frong wheel, then remove 1 screw M516 with T25 bit, remove 2 screws M58 with T20 bit, then take out the left decorative cover. Remove 1 screw M58 with T20 bit, then remove the fix nut M12 with 18mm wrench on the right side of the front wheel. Remove the motor cable from the cable slot, then remove the fork upward. Part 2: Assembly Install the front wheel assembly Take out the new front fork and the lower cover of the head tube, fasten 1 screw M510 with T25 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m, and press the lower plug of the bowl group onto the lower cover of the head tube with the bowl press. Install the front fork on the front wheel, and pay attention to the front fork stop block stuck in the drum brake groove. Install the right stop gasket, and fasten 1 screw M58 with T20 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m. Then install the nut M12, and fasten it with 18mm wrench, Torque: 35-40N·m.
