How to replace the dashboard part

Tool preparation T25 bit, PH1 bit, PH2 bit, electric screwdriver Part 1: Disassembly Power off the bike, open the battery cover with APP, then disconnect the terminal of the battery Remove 4 screws M510 under the dashboard, then pick up the dashboard assembly Disconnect the wire harness of the dashboard, then take out the dashboard assembly Remove and disconnect the horn wire harness, remove 3pcd screws ST2.2x6.5 on the horn cover with PH1 bit, then take out the horn. Remove 11 screws ST3.5x9.5 with PH2 bit on the back of the dashboard, pick up the dashboard cover, disconnect the wire harness and remove the dashboard cover Remove the clamp block, remove the silicone waterproof ring and the dashboard part Part 2: Assembly Take the new dashboard part, install the new silicone waterproof ring, then take the dashboard cover and connect the wire harness Install the clamp block, pay attention to the spring position, and place the dashboard cover harness terminal under the digital panel. Buckle the dashboard cover onto the dashboard part, and pay attention not to press the wire. Align the screw holes, fasten 11 screws crosswise with PH2 bit on the dashboard, Torque: 1.2±0.1N·m. Test the clamp block and confirm its normal rebound. Install the horn and align with the limit hole, fasten 3 screws ST2.2x6.5 with PH1 bit on the horn cover, Torque: 0.75±0.02N·m. connect the wire harness and clip it onto the dashboard part. Install the dashboard assembly, connect the wire harness of the dashboard, then install it on the handlebar base, taking care not to squeeze the wire harness. Then fasten 4 screws M510 with T25 bit under the dashboard, Torque: 5-7N·m Pick up the battery and insert the battery terminal, pay attention to insert it in place, put the battery back into the battery compartment and close the cover plate
