ZK600 Bluetooth Configuration Guide
This guide shows you how to configure Queclink ZK600 IoT devices to connect to the Levy Fleets platform using the ZK600 Android Manage Tool.
Step 1: Download & Install the App
Download the ZK600 Android Manage Tool APK (Android only):
Download ZK600_Android_Manage_Tool_V0.5.28.apk
After downloading, open the APK file and tap "Install". You may need to enable "Install from Unknown Sources" in your Android settings.
Step 2: Login to the App
Open the app and log in using your credentials.

Contact Levy Fleets support at support@levyelectric.com if you don't have login credentials for the ZK600 app.
Step 3: Configure Bluetooth Settings
Tap the settings icon in the top right corner and enter the following parameters:

| APN | (Your SIM carrier's APN - do not change) |
| APN User | (Leave empty) |
| APN PWD | (Leave empty) |
Then press OK to save.
Step 4: Scan and Connect to Device
- Press SCAN QR or use the Bluetooth scan option
- Scan the IoT MAC barcode on the device
- If the MAC is not visible, you can manually enter it or generate a barcode from the MAC address shown in your dashboard
Step 5: Apply Configuration
Once connected to the device:
- The settings you configured will be sent to the device
- Reboot the device for changes to take effect
- The device should now connect to Levy Fleets
Verifying Connection
After configuration, verify your device is connecting:
- Wait 2-3 minutes for the device to connect
- Check Levy Fleets Dashboard > IoT Devices for your device
- The device should show as online with telemetry data
