ZK600 Bluetooth Configuration Guide

This guide shows you how to configure Queclink ZK600 IoT devices to connect to the Levy Fleets platform using the ZK600 Android Manage Tool.

Step 1: Download & Install the App

Download the ZK600 Android Manage Tool APK (Android only):

Download ZK600_Android_Manage_Tool_V0.5.28.apk

After downloading, open the APK file and tap "Install". You may need to enable "Install from Unknown Sources" in your Android settings.

Step 2: Login to the App

Open the app and log in using your credentials.

Need Login Credentials?

Contact Levy Fleets support at support@levyelectric.com if you don't have login credentials for the ZK600 app.

Step 3: Configure Bluetooth Settings

Tap the settings icon in the top right corner and enter the following parameters:

ParameterValue

PORT9003
APN(Your SIM carrier's APN - do not change)

Then press OK to save.

Important: Levy Fleets Server Settings

You must use these exact values for IP and PORT:

Using incorrect settings will prevent the device from connecting to Levy Fleets.

Step 4: Scan and Connect to Device

  1. Press SCAN QR or use the Bluetooth scan option
  2. Scan the IoT MAC barcode on the device
  3. If the MAC is not visible, you can manually enter it or generate a barcode from the MAC address shown in your dashboard

Step 5: Apply Configuration

Once connected to the device:

  1. The settings you configured will be sent to the device
  2. Reboot the device for changes to take effect
  3. The device should now connect to Levy Fleets

Verifying Connection

After configuration, verify your device is connecting:

  1. Wait 2-3 minutes for the device to connect
  2. Check Levy Fleets Dashboard > IoT Devices for your device
  3. The device should show as online with telemetry data
