Segway S90L Electric Scooter - Throttle Repair Video

Remove the right front turn signal and right handle sleeve, and replace the front turn signal SOP and s90L-C004 by referring to S90L-C003.

Remove handle locator ring with T20 head(P3)and disconnect wire harness connection between throttle finger and instrument assembly(P4).

Loosen the screw(P5)on the throttle dial with the H3 head adjustment, pull out the connecting wire of the throttle, and remove the throttle.

Install the new throttle dial, pass the throttle dial connecting line through the forehead tube groove(P6), install it into the forehead decorative cover, connect the cable with the color of the instrument assembly protection tube, arrange the wiring harness, tighten the brake handle fixing screw with T30 batch head, torque 7-9N·m(P7), tighten the screw on the dial with H3 batch head, Torque 0.8-1n·m(P8), install the handle fixing ring, tighten the inner hexagon flat end set screw M4*12 with T20 batches, torque 1.3-1.5N·m(P9).

Install right front turn signal and right handle sleeve, refer to S90L-C003 replace front turn signal SOP and S90L-C004 replace handle sleeve SOP.
