Remove the 5 screw hole rubber plugs on the instrument(P1), use the T20 batch head to remove the 5 screws(P2), pull the phone holder back(P3), and then remove the instrument assembly(P4).

Remove the 8 screws(P5)on the lower cover of the decorative cover with T10 batch heads, and remove the lower cover of the decorative cover; Use T20 head to remove 6 screws from the mobile phone bracket and remove the mobile phone bracket(P6); Remove the screw fixing the AI box(P7)with T20 batch heads, remove the two screws fixing the AI box antenna plate(P8)with T10 batch heads, disconnect the wiring harness connection between the AI Box and the instrument assembly(P9), and extract the AI box from the forehead assembly.

Take the new AI box, send it into the front section of the forehead assembly(P10), find the instrument assembly and connect it with the wiring harness corresponding to the AI box(P11)

Fix the AI box in place, use T20 batch heads to lock two screws(P12), and use T10 batch heads to lock two screws(P13)on the antenna plate.

Take the mobile phone bracket, install it on the forehead, use T20 batch head to lock the 6 screws(P14)on the mobile phone bracket, tidy up the wiring harness, and cover the instrument assembly; Take the lower cover of the decorative cover, install it according to the corresponding hole position, and use T10 heads to lock the corresponding 8 screws(P15); Using T20 batch heads, lock the 5 screws(P16)on the instrument assembly and take rubber plugs to plug the 5 screw holes on the instrument assembly.
