Release the brake wire protector respectively, remove the two brake wire ends from the connecting block of the brake wire box respectively, and disconnect the connection between the control bus and the control wire of the atmosphere lamp; Remove one M412 screw from the front of the vertical tube with T20 batchers and two M720 screws from the side of the vertical tube with T30 batchers. Pull out stem assembly and remove stem assembly. Remove the vertical tube Use T30 batch head to remove 1 screw on vertical tube M620; Move vertical tube jacket upward. Remove 3 screws M720 with T30 batch head and lift vertical tube. Remove the main harness Using T20 head, remove the four hex socket screws, remove the front plug cover, and pull the connector of the motor harness outward. Use the special inner triangle anti-theft batch head to remove the four inner triangle screws of the controller, pull the controller out, and disconnect the connection line between the controller and the main bundle. Take hollow bolt rubber plug for front fork. Draw the main line bundle from the inclined tube. Install the main harness The new main line bundle is inserted from the inclined tube, in the straightened state, without bending and winding, and connected to the controller. The controller is locked with four inner triangle M48 screws using a special inner triangle batch head, and the torque is 1.5± 0.1n.m. Plug the wire harness into the front bin, take the front plug cover, tighten 4 M48 hexagon socket screws with T20 head, torque: 1.3-1.5n.m. Install the vertical tube Installation of the vertical tube: take the vertical tube sheath, long side down from the lower end of the vertical tube into the upper, the frame head tube out of the central control harness and brake line from the bottom of the vertical tube into the jacket, move the jacket upward, slightly rotate the jacket to avoid the vertical tube screw hole; Confirm that the hole of the vertical tube is aligned with the hole of the vertical tube adapter, lock the hole of the vertical tube adapter with one M620 inner hexagon flower screw, and then lock the three special screws for concealed line vertical tube with a torque of 10-12N.M. Remove the M620 screws that have just been pre-tightened at the front end, and put the vertical tube protection set in place so that the holes on it and the adapter. Align the holes in the vertical tube and secure the vertical tube with one M620 screw without loosening or shaking. Install the stem assembly Connect the control bus, then insert the forehead into the vertical tube, tighten the forehead fixing screw: tighten one M412 screw on the front side with T20 batch head, torque: 2-2.5n.m; Then tighten the two M720 screws on the side with the T30 batch head, torque: 8-10N·m, connect the connecting wire of the atmosphere lamp, the two brake wires are black and gray respectively, pay attention to the upper and lower corresponding, and lock the protective tube of the brake wire. Install the front and rear lock columns, and thread the front and rear brake lines through the central hole of the lock column respectively, install the adjusting nut M5, and install the brake line M5 nylon locknut with the 8mm ratchet wrench. Install the IOT Take the IOT and connect the IOT cable harness. Arrange the wire harness, put the excess wire harness into the vertical tube, and separate the brake lines on both sides of the vertical tube. Then install the IOT on the vertical tube, first at the lower end and then at the top. Separate the instrument wiring harness and IOT wiring harness on both sides of the vertical tube, taking care that IOT does not squeeze into the wiring harness. Then tighten 2 M6*20 screws with T30 batch head, torque 3.5-4N·m. Install the battery Put the battery in the compartment, lift the power plug of the controller end to avoid being crushed by the battery, plug in the power plug, and ensure that the plug is fully inserted; Cover foot pedal.
