How to replace the rear wheel assembly
Tool preparation: 5.45mm pentagonal bit, 3.95mm pentagonal bit, 24mm socket wrench, 10mm socket wrench, 10mm wrench, 8mm wrench, PH2 bit, electric screwdriver, H6 bit, L type H6 bit needle nose pliers, tweezers, mobile phone Attention please: Open the pedal lock and the seat cushion lock firstly. Part 1: Disassembly Remove the seat cushion and seat barrel assembly Power off the moped, open the seat cushion, then remove 4 screws with 5.45mm pentagon anti-theft bit. Put down the seat cushion gently, taking care not to lock it, then pull out and disconnect the seat cushion connecting wire, then take out the seat barrel and seat cushion. Remove the footrest trim and the middle edging Press down and eject the left foot rest, remove 1 screw M6 * 12 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, remove the left foot rest trim, and then fold up the left foot rest. Remove one screw ST4.214 with PH2 bit. Remove the 1 screw ST4.212 at the end of the left middle edge strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove 2 rubber stoppers on left side of the pedal, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove the 3 screws ST4.212 under the left middle edge strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, and then remove the left middle edge strip and trim assembly. Then remove the right middle edge strip and trim assembly in the same way. Remove the seat barrel guard board, seat barrel coaming and tail lamp assembly Disconnect wire harness of the charger terminal, disconnect wire harness of the tail box (If it have). Take out the pedal, remove 2 screws ST4.214 with PH2 bit, remove 1 bolt M616 under the rear fender with 10mm socket wrench. Remove 4 bolts m820 with 10mm wrench, and take out the rear armrest. Remove 2 bolts m616 on the rear light with 10# wrench. Life the assembly and disconnect the wire harness of the rear light and license plate lamp. then remove the seat barrel guard board, seat barrel coaming and tail lamp assembly upward. Remove the motor controller Remove the cable cover upward. Disconnect the wire harness on the controller. Remove 2 fixing screw M612 on the controller with PH2 bit, and move the controller back. Remove 2 screw M512 with 8mm socket wrench and take out the power line. Then remove 3 screw M512 and take out the phase line, then take out the controller. Remove the rear wheel assembly Remove the fixing bolt M816 of the pump of the disc brake with 10mm wrench, and remove the pump from the disc brake plate. Remove 4 screws M612 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, and take off the left and right flat fork guard plate. Take down the cable of the motor. Remove two thin nuts M16 and two thick nuts M16 on both sides of the rear wheel with 24mm socket wrench, then remove 2 bolts M616 on both sides of the rear wheel with 10mm socket wrench. Remove the rear wheel assembly backward, then take down the paddle, the retaining gasket and the disc brake pump fixing plate on both sides of the rear wheel respectively. Remove 3 bolts M825 with H6 bit, and take out the disc brake plate. Part 2: Assembly Install the rear wheel assembly Take the new motor assembly, install the disc brake plate with the lettered side facing up, and fasten 3 bolts M825 with H6 bit, Torque: 28-33N·M With the motor cable facing down, install the retaining gasket on the right side of the rear wheel(P17). iIstall the disc brake pump fixed plate and the retaining gasket on the left side of the rear wheel in turn, with the convex surface of disc brake pump fixing plate faces outward(P18), the elbow of the stop gasket facing outward and pointing to the rear. Install the rear wheel on the flat fork, Pay attention to fix the disc brake pump fixed plate on the flat fork boss. Pre fix the wheel with bolts M616, Torque: 9.8-14N·M, Pay attention to keep both ends of the rear wheel parallel. Install the thick nuts M16 and thin nuts M16 on both sides of the rear wheel in turn, and fasten them with 24mm socket wrench, Torque: 90-100N·m. Install the left and right flat fork guard boards, and fasten the screws M6 * 12 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 7-11N·m. Pay attention to the arrangement of motor wiring harness. Clamp the pump shoe of disc brake into disc brake, and fasten 2 bolts M816 with 10mm wrench, Torque: 28-33N·m (P36). Install the motor controller Take the controller on the vehicle, install the phase line first, pay attention to the phase sequence. The color of the cable corresponds to the color marked on the controller one by one. From right to left, the color is yellow, blue and green. Tighten three screws M5 * 12 with 8mm socket wrench, Torque: 3.4-5N·m. Then install the power line, pay attention to the positive and negative poles. Tighten three screws M5 * 12 with 8mm socket wrench, Torque: 3.4-5N·m. Put the controller in the corresponding position, fasten 2 screws M6*12 with PH2 bit, Torque: 7-11N·M.
