How to replace the front wheel assembly

Tool preparation:10mm socket wrench, 14mm wrench, 17mm wrench, H6 bit, L type H6 bit, electric screwdriver. Part 1: Disassembly Raise the vehicle with the lifting platform to make the front wheel off the ground. Remove the fixing bolt M8 * 40 of the pump of the disc brake, and remove the pump from the disc brake. Clamp the left front wheel axle with 14mm wrench, and remove the nut M12 with 17mm wrench on the right side of the front wheel Hold the front wheel and pull out the front axle M12 * 220 from the left, and take out the front wheel assembly. Remove the front wheel axle bushing on each side of the front wheel Remove 3 bolts M825 with H6 bit, ant take off the disc brake plate and the front wheel assembly. Part 2: Assembly Take the new front wheel assembly, install the disc brake plate, fasten 3 bolts M825 with H6 bit, Torque: 28-33N·m. Install the front wheel axle bushing on each side. Install the front wheel assembly to the front fork, with the end of disc brake plate on the right side. Then insert the front wheel shaft M12*220 from the left side, fix it with nut M12 on the right side, and tighten it with 14mm wrench and 17mm wrench, with a torque of 49-69N·m. Clamp the pump shoe of disc brake into disc brake, and fasten 2 bolts M8 * 40 with 10mm wrench, Torque: 28-33N·m.
