Tool preparation: 5.45mm pentagonal bit, 3.95mm pentagonal bit, 10mm socket wrench, 10mm wrench, PH2 bit, electric screwdriver, tweezers, 14mm socket wrench, 14mm wrench, Mobile phone. Part 1: Disassembly Remove the seat cushion and seat barrel assembly Power off the moped, open the seat cushion, then remove 4 screws with 5.45mm pentagon anti-theft bit. Put down the seat cushion gently, taking care not to lock it, then pull out and disconnect the seat cushion connecting wire, then take out the seat barrel and seat cushion. Remove the footrest trim and the middle edging Press down and eject the left foot rest, remove 1 screw M6 * 12 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, remove the left foot rest trim, and then fold up the left foot rest. Remove one screw ST4.214 with PH2 bit. Remove the 1 screw ST4.212 at the end of the left middle edge strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove 2 rubber stoppers on left side of the pedal, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove the 3 screws ST4.212 under the left middle edge strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, and then remove the left middle edge strip and trim assembly. Then remove the right middle edge strip and trim assembly in the same way. Remove the seat barrel guard board, seat barrel coaming and tail lamp assembly Disconnect wire harness of the charger terminal, disconnect wire harness of the tail box (If it have). Take out the pedal, remove 2 screws ST4.214 with PH2 bit, remove 1 bolt M616 under the rear fender with 10mm socket wrench. Remove 4 bolts m820 with 10mm wrench, and take out the rear armrest. Remove 2 bolts m616 on the rear light with 10# wrench. Life the assembly and disconnect the wire harness of the rear light and license plate lamp. then remove the seat barrel guard board, seat barrel coaming and tail lamp assembly upward. Remove the rear shock absorber Remove the bolts and nuts at both ends of the rear shock absorber with 14mm socket wrench and 14mm wrench, and then remove the rear shock absorber Remove the rear inner fender Move the motor cable on the fender, remove 2 bolts M616 on both sides of the rear inner fender, then remove 2 bolts M616 on the back of the fender, and take off the bracket, Take out the rear inner fender from the side, remove two clip nuts with the needle nose pliers. Part 2: Assembly Install the rear inner fender Take the new rear inner fender, install two clip nuts with the flat end facing outward. Fasten 2 bolts M616 with on both sides of the fender with 10mm socket wrench, Torque: 9.8-14N·M, then fasten the bolts on the rear side of the fender, Torque: 9.8-14N·M. Then clip the motor cable on the fender. Install the rear shock absorber Install the rear shock absorber with the spring intensive end on. First tighten the lower end of the spring, insert the bolt M1040 from the outside, install the nut M10 on the inside, and tighten it with 14mm wrench and socket, Torque: 29-39N·m. Then tighten the upper end of the spring, install the gasket and nut M10 in turn, and tighten it with 14mm wrench, Torque: 29-39N·m. Install the seat barrel guard board, seat barrel coaming and tail lamp assembly Install the seat barrel panel, guard board, license plate lamp and tail lamp assembly onto the vehicle, connect tail lamp and license plate lamp harness, and install the assembly in place. Fasten 2 screws st4.214 on the seat barrel coaming with PH2 bit, Torque: .9-2.7N·m, then install the pedal. Fasten 2 bolts M616 on the tail lamp with 10mm wrench, Torque: 9.8-14N·m. Install the rear armrest, and tighten 4 bolts M8 * 20 with 10mm wrench, Torque: 24-39N·m. tighten one bolt M6 * 16 at the bottom of the rear fender with 10mm socket wrench, Torque: 9.8-14N·m connect the ware harness of the tail box (If have), then connect charging terminal Harness Install the footrest trim and the middle edging Install the left side middle edge strip, fasten 2 screws st4.212 on the strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Then tighten one cross screw st4.212 with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Fasten 4 screws st4.212 under the strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Pop out the left foot rest, install the left foot rest trim, and fasten one screw M612 with 5.45mm Pentagram bit, Torque: 7-11N·m, then install 2 rubber plugs Install the right side middle edge strip in the same way. Install the seat cushion and seat barrel assembly Place the seat barrel and seat cushion assembly on the vehicle body, and connect the cushion cable. Then, install the seat barrel, fasten four pentagonal pan head screws M616 with 5.45mm inner Pentagon anti-theft bit, Torque: 9.8-14N·M. then close and lock the seat cushion.
