How to replace the rear light and rear fender
Tool preparation: 5.45mm pentagonal bit, 3.95mm pentagonal bit, 2.7mm pentagonal bit, 10mm socket wrench, 10mm wrench, 8mm wrench, PH2 bit, electric screwdriver, needle nose pliers, tweezers, mobile phone Attention please: Open the pedal lock and the seat cushion lock firstly. Part 1: Disassembly Remove the seat cushion and seat barrel assembly Power off the moped, open the seat cushion, then remove 4 screws with 5.45mm pentagon anti-theft bit. Put down the seat cushion gently, taking care not to lock it, then pull out and disconnect the seat cushion connecting wire, then take out the seat barrel and seat cushion. Remove the footrest trim and the middle edging Press down and eject the left foot rest, remove 1 screw M6 * 12 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, remove the left foot rest trim, and then fold up the left foot rest. Remove one screw ST4.214 with PH2 bit. Remove the 1 screw ST4.212 at the end of the left middle edge strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove 2 rubber stoppers on left side of the pedal, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove the 3 screws ST4.212 under the left middle edge strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, and then remove the left middle edge strip and trim assembly. Then remove the right middle edge strip and trim assembly in the same way. Remove the seat barrel guard board, seat barrel coaming and tail lamp assembly Disconnect wire harness of the charger terminal, disconnect wire harness of the tail box (If it have). Take out the pedal, remove 2 screws ST4.214 with PH2 bit, remove 1 bolt M616 under the rear fender with 10mm socket wrench. Remove 4 bolts m820 with 10mm wrench, and take out the rear armrest. Remove 2 bolts m616 on the rear light with 10# wrench. Life the assembly and disconnect the wire harness of the rear light and license plate lamp. then remove the seat barrel guard board, seat barrel coaming and tail lamp assembly upward. Remove the seat barrel coaming Remove 6 screws ST4.212 (P20, P21) at the joint between the left and right guard plates of the seat barrel and the seat barrel coaming with PH2 bit, and separate the connection between the left and right guard plates of the seat barrel and seat barrel coaming Remove 2 self-tapping clips on the seat barrel coaming with needle nose pliers. Remove the fixing 2 screws m310 and nut m3 of the charging terminal with 2.7mm pentagonal bit and pointed nose plier, and take out the charging terminal outwards Remove the rear light assembly Remove 3 screws ST4.212 with PH2 bit on the rear light assembly, Remove the clips on both sides of the tail light with pointed nose pliers, and then take out the rear light assembly. Remove the seat guard Remove 6 screws ST4.212 with PH2 bit, take out the left and right guard boards. Remove the sear guard connector Remove 2 screws ST4.212 with PH2 bit, take out seat guard connector Remove the rear reflector Remove one nut m5 with 8mm socket wrench, and take down the rear reflector. Remove the license plate light Remove two screws st4.212 with PH2 bit, and remove license plate lamp and light shield Remove the license plate and bracket Remove two screws m6 * 16 and corresponding nuts m6 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit and 10# wrench, and remove the license plate Remove two bolts m6 * 16 with 10mm wrench, and take out the license plate bracket and two clip nuts m6 on the back Remove the seat guard trim Remove 1 screw ST4.212, take out the trim strip of the right seat barrel guard plate, remove the self-tapping clip and the right seat barrel guard plate Remove 1 screw ST4.212(P37), take out the trim strip of the left seat barrel guard plate, remove the self-tapping clip and the left seat barrel guard plate. Part 2: Assembly Install the seat guard trim Take the self-tapping clip and the right seat barrel guard trim, install them on the right seat barrel guard board, and then fasten one screw st4.212 with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Take the self-tapping clip and the left seat barrel guard trim, install them on the left seat barrel guard board, and then fasten one screw st4.212 with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Install the license plate light Install the license plate lamp and Light shield together. Pay attention to clamp the wire harness, install lamp on the fender with the it face down. Then tighten two screws st4.2*12 with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m Install the license plate and bracket Install the two clip nuts m6 to the corresponding position of the fender, install the license plate lamp bracket, and then fasten the two bolts M6 * 16 with the 10mm wrench, Torque: 8-12N·m. Install the license plate, tighten two screws M6 * 16 and corresponding nuts m6 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit and 10mm wrench, Torque: 9.8-14N·m Install the rear reflector Align with the limit hole, install the rear reflector on fender, and then fasten one nut m5 with 8mm socket wrench, ...
