Segway B100 E-Bike - Rear Wheel Repair Video
Invert the body and use the T20 batch head to loosen the 6 screws on the bottom cover plate of the vehicle(P1). Remove the cable from the bottom charger port(P2)and remove the bottom cover plate.
Locate the motor wiring harness and hub-lock wiring harness from the body hole near the rear wheel and disconnect the wiring harness (P3, P4)
Remove the right crank fixing bolt (P5) with the 8mm pentagon hollow bit head. After removing the bolt, use the horse grasping tool and put it into the crank (P6). Rotate the horse with the open spanner respectively and remove the right crank (P7).
Remove the 3 fixing screws from the chain cover using T20 batch head and remove the chain cover (P8, P9).
Clamp the nut with the gear disassembly tool and anti-fall device, and then turn clockwise with the screw wrench to remove the gear disassembly nut (P10, P11).
Remove the rear fork decorative cover label, use T20 batch head to remove the left and right rear fork decorative cover (P11), and use 10mm wrench to loosen the fixing screws of the left and right chain adjustor (P12).
After loosening the chain, remove the gear plate (P13)
Use T20 batch head to remove 6 screws holding rear fender (P14, P15, P16), pull out rear fender and disconnect taillight harness connection wire (P17)
Use a n 8mm wrench and needle-nose pliers to remove the lock nut (P18), then use a 14mm wrench to remove the adjustment nut (P19), remove the lock post (P20), and use an 11mm wrench to remove the rear brake line fastening nut (P21) to the rear hub lock and pull the rear brake line out of the hub lock.
Using an 18mm wrench, loosen the two nuts (P22) holding the rear wheel in place, remove the rear wheel from the frame, pull the rear wheel wiring harness and hublock harness from the frame holes, remove the nut and chain adjustor (P23) from the rear wheel, remove the hublock (P24)
Take a new rear wheel, put the motor wiring harness through the middle hole of the rear wheel drum brake assembly (P25), take 2 stop switch chain assemblies to loosen the nuts, the raised surface is back to the hub, the nuts are mounted on the motor shaft in the direction of the black pull rod of the drum brake, one on the left and one on the right (P26), put the rear wheel drum brake assembly on the left side of the frame, the hub lock faces forward, and insert the fork handle limit of the frame in parallel. The outer flange of the stop plate is stuck into the opening of the frame, and the hub lock wire harness and motor wire harness are threaded through the inner hole of the left fork shank to the controller area at the bottom of the frame (P27). During threading, the hub lock wire harness shall be protected by its own protective sleeve, and the rear wheel assembly shall be pushed forward and pre-tightened with the M12 nut delivered with the rear wheel assembly.
Take the gear disk, put the raised side of the gear disk towards the right tooth bowl, load the teeth into the teeth of the right tooth bowl and press to the bottom (P28), take the lock nut, apply blue medium strength thread glue on the thread, no less than 180°, no less than 3 teeth, and install it on the gear disk through the torque shaft, tighten it anticlockwise using a special sleeve, and the torque is 30-35N·m. The chain is set on the tooth plate and rear wheel flywheel through the right frame by using a fixed wrench with a fixed twist of 33N·m; Manually adjust the position of the rear wheel to tighten the chain, fix the chain adjuster buckle to the tail of the frame, adjust the nut with a 10mm wrench, so that the number of screws exposed by the chain adjuster on the left and right sides is equal (P29), remove the pre-tightened M12 nut (P30), and apply blue thread glue on the motor shaft thread (at least 180°, at least 4 teeth). Use 18mm wrench to lock, torsion 33±2N·m, fixed torsion 33N·m.
Take the chain cover and install it on the right side of the frame (P31). The screw holes of the chain cover are aligned with the screw holes of the frame. Use the T20 batch head to lock the three screws with a torque of 1±0.1N·m.
Take the complete rear fender assembly, butt the taillight wiring harness with the taillight extension wire at the rear of the battery compartment (P32), align the rear fender assembly with the threaded hole of the frame, use T20 batch head lock the 6 screws (P33, P34, P35) to fix the rear fender, torque: 1.1±0.1N·m; Take the left and right rear decorative covers and install them on the rear axle of the frame. The notch of the decorative covers faces back, and the screw holes are aimed at the frame holes. Use T20 head to fix the screws (P36) on both sides, and the torsion force is 1.1±0.1N·m. Take the rear fork decoration label (P37) and attach it to the groove of the decoration cover. The stickers should be flat, without bubbles, warped edges, creases or scratches.
Take the right crank (P38) and apply blue medium thread glue to at least 5 ...
