Use 8mm and 14mm open wrenches to loosen the front brake lock nut and adjusting nut (P1), successively remove the lock nut, adjusting nut, lock post and spring dust cover (P2), use 11mm wrench to loosen the brake wire hex nut (P3), and pull the front brake wire out of the drum brake fixing hole (P4).

Using 2 T45 batch heads, loosen the fixing screws (P5) on both sides of the front wheel, remove the axle screws, and remove the front wheel + drum brake.

Take the new front wheel assembly, both sides of the hub oil seal respectively into the front hub shaft sleeve, cover the drum brake, the drum brake limit raised and shaft sleeve into the fork groove, center hole aligned with the hole on both sides of the fork placed; Take a front wheel shaft, from the drum brake side of the front fork hole through and through the front wheel center hole (P6), take the front shaft screw, point red thread glue, using T45 batch head fastening, torque: 35-40N·m; Use fixed wrench fixed twist 38N·m, both sides need fixed twist; Push the threaded end of the brake line through the drum brake positioning hole (P7) and tighten the nut using an 11mm open wrench with a torque of 7N·m.

To install dust cover and lock post (P8), refer to B100-C006 steps for nut installation and Brake Fine adjustment.
