About
Overview
The OKAI CDZ01 is a new generation energy replenishment product that provides a comprehensive solution for standardized parking and charging during fleet operations. This all-in-one system includes vehicle locking, charging, remote vehicle monitoring, and advertising capabilities.
Modular Design
The CDZ01 consists of four main components that can be configured to meet different fleet sizes:
- Control Cabinet โ The central hub housing the display screen, control unit, energy storage batteries (4 slots), IoT module, and billboard with optional backlight. Dimensions: 1261 x 355 x 2133mm (excluding solar panel).
- Charging Piles โ Individual docking stations with built-in charger (AC 100-240V input, DC 54.6V/3A output), NFC modules, RGB status indicators, electronic locks, and charging terminals. Each pile measures 315 x 307 x 815mm.
- Ballast Base Plates โ Heavy steel base plates (Q235 steel) that serve as counterweights, eliminating the need for ground anchoring. Connected via pin shafts. Available in 1-pile (78 kg), 1-cabinet (133 kg), or 4-pile (300 kg) configurations.
- Vehicle-Side Components โ Charging connectors mounted on each vehicle with NFC communication, position sensing, and high-durability charging terminals (>20,000 plug/unplug cycles).
Energy Storage & Solar
The control cabinet includes 4 energy storage battery slots that use the same batteries as the fleet vehicles. These batteries power the advertising lights and control the pile lock mechanisms. The system supports three replenishment methods: battery swapping, mains charging, and solar panel charging.
Optional dual solar panels (2 x 100-120W) generate approximately 1 kWh with 5 hours of peak sunlight, continuously replenishing the energy storage batteries for off-grid operation of auxiliary systems.
Scalability
A single control cabinet supports up to 40 charging piles (20 on each side), with a 1:40 cabinet-to-pile ratio. For 40 piles, the grid power supply requirement is greater than 8.5 kW. The modular base plate system allows flexible configurations from a single pile up to a full 40-pile deployment.
Smart Monitoring
The optional built-in 10-inch LCD display (IPX6 rated) provides real-time fleet status through two interfaces:
- Primary Display โ Shows all 40 grid slots with pile numbers and fault status (red background indicates faults)
- Secondary Display โ Shows individual pile SN, vehicle battery voltage, current, state of charge (SOC), fault codes, and lock switch status
Advertising Revenue
The control cabinet features an integrated billboard with backlit display (installation space: 1114 x 4.67 x 1615mm, display area: 1097 x 1600mm), providing an additional revenue stream through advertising while the station serves its primary charging function.
