EVOGO is CATL's battery swapping brand, launched through subsidiary CAES in January 2022. The system uses modular Choco-SEB (Swappable Electric Block) batteries with 26.5 kWh capacity each. Vehicles can use 1-3 blocks depending on range needs (200-600 km). Using LFP chemistry with CTP technology, the system achieves >160 Wh/kg energy density.
