Segway Max 2.0 Exposed IoT Module Replacement
This visual SOP shows how to remove and replace the external IoT box mounted on the front tube of a Segway Max 2.0.
This is not a SIM replacement guide
This procedure replaces the complete external IoT module. It does not show how to open the IoT enclosure or replace the SIM card inside it. It also does not apply to the Max Plus 2.3 dashboard IoT.

Before You Begin
- Ensure the scooter is powered off and in Transport Mode before performing any disassembly
- Have the correct tools and replacement parts ready
- Follow all steps in the sequence shown in the SOP image
