Strategy Center - Operation Strategies

The Strategy Center in the Segway Dashboard allows you to configure rules and strategies for how your fleet operates. This includes defining service areas, vehicle behavior rules, pricing tiers, and operational settings.

This section is available for Segway Pass users only.

Area Strategy

Configure geographic zones for your fleet including service areas, parking zones, and restricted areas.

Key features:

• Define service area boundaries (where riders can ride)
• Set up no-parking zones and mandatory parking zones
• Configure speed limit zones
• Create restricted/forbidden areas

Vehicle Strategy

Set rules for how vehicles behave under different conditions.

Key features:

• Configure auto-lock rules (e.g., lock after idle time)
• Set low battery thresholds and actions
• Define out-of-zone behavior

Pricing Strategy

Configure your rental pricing model.

Key features:

• Set unlock fees and per-minute rates
• Configure time-based pricing (peak/off-peak)
• Set up pricing zones with different rates
• Define minimum and maximum ride charges

Operation Settings

Configure general operational settings for your fleet.
