Remove the dashboard Remove 3 screws M310 with T10 and take out the dashboard cover. Remove 3 screws M25 on the dashboard. Remove the cable zip. Disconnect the electric throttlethe electric brake and the headlight from the dashboard. Then take out the dashboard. Remove the handlebar locking block Remove 2 plugs, remove 4 M520 screws with T25 and remove the block. Pull out the front part of brake cable, the brake detection line and the electric throttle from the stem. Remove the stem and the sealing plug. Remove electric throttle Remove the M414 screw for fixing the handle grips with T25, take out the handlebar end cap, Remove the handlebar grips with your hand or handle removal tool. Remove the screw and the handlebar grip fixing ring with the H2.5. Loosen the self-contained screw on the electric throttle with H3. Pull out the wire from the handlebar, then take out the electric throttle. Install electric throttle Put the electric throttle wire through the handlebar. Tighten the self-contained screw on the electric throttle with H3. Install handlebar grip and handlebar end cap, pay attention to align screw holes. Tighten the screw M414 with T25, Torque: 1.8-2.2N·m Install the handlebar locking block Install the waterproof plug, and clip the finger accelerator, brake cab;e and detection cable into the waterproof plug. Insert the front section of the brake, the electric throttle and the brake detection cable from the stem, install the lock block, and tighten 4 screws M5 * 20 with T25, Torque: 8-12n · M. Pass the front the brake cable through the hole below the stem Install the dashboard Pass the dashboard cable from the hole of the stem on the left side, connect the throttle, the electronic brake and the headlight to the dashboard. Install the cable zip and the cable tie. Tighten 3 screws M25 with PH1, Torque: 0.24±0.02N·m. Install dashboard cover and tighten 3 hexagonal countersunk screws M3*10 with T10, Torque: 0.2-0.3N·m. Install the rubber plug into the stem. Install the stem assembly

Insert the brake cable from the open slot of front tube, insert the end of the brake cable into the brake box, Install cover plate of the brake box. Connect the control bus and insert the stem into the front tube. Tighten 1 M510 screw with T25, Torque: 5-6N·m, Tighten 2 M616 screws with T30, Torque: 9-12N·m Function detection Power on the scooter, and confirm that it functions properly
