How to replace the rear light wire?
Tool preparation Mobil phone, Torque screwdriver, H3 bit, T15 bit, T20 bit, new rear light cable Connect the phone to the scooter Power on the scooter, the Bluetooth will flash on the dashboard. Download and open “nRF Connect” on the phone, click “connect” button, the bluetooth will stop flashing after connected successfully. Open the battery hatch cover Click the arrow in the bottom right corner of the “Nordic UART RX Characteristic”, Enter unlocking command in the pop-up dialog box: 5AA5013D20028E0110FF, Click “write”. Then there will be alarm information on the instrument panel: E55. Power off the scooter, remove battery hatch cover, disconnect the power cable and take out the battery. Remove the cover plate Remove 4 M48 screws with the H3; take out the plasctic cable cover plate; Disconnect tail lighttaillight cable(red) from controller. Take off the tail light wire Lay down the scooter, remove 2 screws M414 with T20, take away the cover and disconnect the tail lighttaillight cable. Remove 2 screws M48, take out the wire fixture and take out thetail lighttaillight cable. Install new tail light wire Tread the tail lighttaillight cable out of the wire slot, connect to tail lighttaillight lead, arrange the wire, install the wire fixture, and tighten two M4 * 8 screws with T15, Torque: 2± 0.2N·m. Install the tail lighttaillight cable cover plate, and tighten 2 screws M4 * 14 with T2, Torque: 1.5±0.2N·m. Install the cover plate Lift the scooter, connect the tail lighttailight cable to controller, then arrange the cables. Install the cover, tighten 4 M48 screws with the H3, Torque: 1.8-2.2 N·m. Install the battery and the plate cover of battery compartment Put the fully charged battery into the battery, hatch Lift the power plug from the controller to avoid it being damaged by the battery, connect to the power cable. Install the Battery hatch cover and the latch is aligned with the electronic lock, then presses it firmly. Function detection Power on the scooter, and confirm that it functions properly.
