How to replace the headlight?Tool preparation Torque screwdriver, PH1 bit, T10 bit, T25 bit, T30 bit, H3 bit, Needle nose pliers, new headlight Remove the stem assembly

Remove 1 M510 screw on the front side of the front tube with T25. Remove 2 M616 screws on the back side of the front tube with T30. Pull out the stem, disconnect the connection of control bus, Remove the black plate cover of the brake box, Take the brake cable plastic connector from the groove of the brake box, Brake cable pass through the open slot of front tube, Remove the brake cable connector from the brake cable box, then take off the stem assembly. Disassemble the dashboard and remove the headlight Remove 2 screws M412 with H3, then take out the headlight fixture. Remove 3 screws M310 with T10 and take away the dashboard cover. Remove 3 screws M25 on the dashboard. Remove the cable zip. Disconnect the light from the dashboard, then remove the headlight Install new headlight and the dashboard Pass the headlight assembly harness through the stem head. Note that the square hole on the headlight assembly should be downwards tothe stem.Pass the dashboard cable from the left side hole of the stem. Connect the headlight harness to the dashboard. Install the cable zip and the cable tie. Tighten 3 screws M25 with PH1, Torque: 0.24±0.02N·m. Install dashboard cover and tighten 3 screws M310 with T10, Torque: 0.2-0.3N·m. install headlight fixture in place with tweezers; Tighten the two screws M412 with H3 bit, torque: 1.8±0.2N·m Install the stem Connect two parts of control bus, Insert the brake cable from the open slot of front tube, insert the lasctic connector into the brake box from the slot. Insert cover plate in the brake box, and trim the controlling harness. Pay attention to the color of brake line, the grey is front brake, and the black is rear brake. Insert the stem into the front tube. Tighten 2 M720 screws with T30, Torque: 8-10N·m, Tighten 1 M512 screw with T25, Torque: 5-6N·m Function detection Power on the scooter, and confirm that it functions properly
