How to replace the e-lock?

Tool preparation Mobil phone, torque screwdriver, H3, T30, PH2, new electronic lock. Connect the phone to the scooter Power on the scooter, the blue tooth will flash on the dashboard. Download the install nRF Connect on the phone, click “connect”button, the Bluetooth will stop flashing after the successful connection. Open the plate cover of battery compartment and take out the battery. Click the arrow in the bottom right corner of the “Nordic UART RX Characteristic”, Enter unlocking command in the pop-up dialog box: 5AA5013D20028E0110FF, Click “write”. Then there will be alarm information on the instrument panel: E55. Power off the scooter, remove the plate cover of battery compartment, disconnect the power cable and take out the battery. Take off the cover plate Remove 4 M48 screws with the H3; take out the front cover plate; Disconnect the e-lock wire from controller. Take off the electronic lock Remove 4 M612 screws with T30, then take off the lock cover.Remove 3 M425 screws with PH2, Pull the wire harness out of the cable slot and take out the electronic lock. Install new electronic lock Take the new electronic lock, and put the electronic lock harness into the slot along the line. Fasten 3 M425 screws with PH2, Torque: 2±0.2N·m. install the cover, fasten 4 M612 screws with T3, Torque: 5-7 N·m. Install the cover plate Connect the e-lock wire to controller then arrange the cables. Install the cover plate, fasten 4 M48 screws with the H3, Torque: 1.8-2.2 N·m. Install the battery and the plate cover of battery compartment Put the battery into the battery compartment, Lift the power plug at the controller to avoid being damaged by the battery, connect the power cable and Install the plate cover of battery compartment. Function detection Power on the scooter, and confirm that there is no problem with this operation
