How to replace the controller?
Tool preparation Mobile phone, Torque screwdriver, H3, T15, new controller, new warning label. Connect the phone to the scooter Power on the scooter, the Bluetooth will flash on the dashboard. Download and open “nRF Connect” on the phone, click “connect” button, the blue tooth will stop flashing after connected successfully. Open the cover plate of battery compartment Click the arrow in the bottom right corner of the “Nordic UART RX Characteristic”, Enter unlocking command in the pop-up dialog box: 5AA5013D20028E0110FF, Click “write”. Then there will be alarm information on the instrument panel: E55. Power off the scooter, remove the cover of battery compartment, disconnect the power cable and take out the battery. Remove the cover plate Remove 4 M48 screws with the H3; take out the front cover plate; Disconnect the taillight wire, motor cable, e-lock wire from controller. Remove the controller Remove the label; remove 4 screws M48 on the controller with T15, disconnect the controller wire from the Y-line, then take out the controller. Install the controller Connect the controller wire to the Y-line, Put the controller into inclined tube, and put the cables into the scooter compartment. Fasten 4 M48 screws on the controller with T15, Torque: 2±0.2N·m, then put the warning label. Install the cover plate Connect the taillight wire, motor cable, e-lock wire to controller wire, then arrange the cables. Take the front cover, fastening 4 M48 screws with the H3, Torque: 1.8-2.2 N·m. Install the battery and the plate cover of battery compartment Put the fully charged battery into the battery compartment, Lift the power plug at the controller to avoid being damaged by the battery, connect the power cable and Install the pedal. Install the plate cover of battery compartment and the latch shall be align with the electronic lock, and press it. Function detection Power on the scooter, and confirm that confirm that it functions properly
