How to replace the brake handle?

Tool preparation Torque screwdriver, tweezers, T25, H2.5, 8# wrench, Needle nose pliers, brake handle Disassemble the brake line Remove the locknut M5 with 8# ratchet wrench, Remove the adjusting nut. Remove the bell Remove the screw M414 for fixing the handle grips with T25, take out the handlebar end cap, Remove the handlebar grip. Remove the screw and the handlebar grip fixing ring with the H2.5, then take off the bell. Remove brake handle Remove the M5 nut on the brake assembly with 8# wrench, remove the bolts with Needle nose pliers. Take out the brake wire head from the brake handle and remove the brake handle Install brake handle Take the brake handle and snap the brake cable head into the slot of the brake handle. Put the brake handle into the brake assembly, and the spring mount on the handle should be stuck on the recess. Fasten the M5 nut on the brake handle 8# ratchet wrench. Install the bell Install the new bell, pay attention to the direction of the bell. Install the handlebar grip fixing ring and fasten the screw M516 with H2.5, Torque: 3-4N·m. Install handlebar grip and handlebar end cap, pay attention to the alignment of limit hole. Fasten the screw M4*14 with T25, Torque: 1.8-2.2N·m Install the brake line Remove the dust cover and Tension the brake wire. Install the dust cove, Thread the brake wire out of the lock. Install the adjusting nut, Pre-tighten the nylon locknut M5 with 8# ratchet wrench. Torque: 5.5±0.5 N·m Function detection Turn the front wheel, and confirm that there is no problem with this operation Adjust the brake line: Hold the brake handle for three times, Loosen the M5 nut, adjust the turn adjusting nut. Achieve the following results: Power on the scooter, Clamp the brake handle with the 33mm end of brake jig, The left side of the jig should be flush with the first row of convex points of the handle bar grip. the rear light should be flash. Hold the stem and push the scooter in parallel, the front wheel can be turned. Power off the scooter, Clamp the brake handle with the 30mm end of brake jig, Same location as before. Now Hold the stem and push the scooter in parallel, the front wheel can not be turned, and the rear wheel will be cocked. Last step, fasten the M5 nut with 8# wrench and the Needle nose plier, Torque: 5.5±0.5 N·m
