Segway B200 E-Bike - Seat Tube Assembly Repair Video

Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, T45 bit, T25 bit, L-type 2mm hex key Operating steps: Remove the battery, and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery

Use T45 bit to loosen screw M6 under seat cushion(screw and nut do not need to be completely separated) (P1)

Rotate the loose clamp upper block by 90°(P2, P3)

Push the whole seat cushion flat towards the riding direction(P4), and remove the seat cushion (P5)

Use L-type 2mm hex key to loosen fastening screw(P6), and use T25 bit to remove the limit screw(P7)

Release seat tube clamp and pull seat tube assembly up (P8), and remove the seat tube assembly(P9)

Get a new seat tube assembly, install the seat tube assembly (scale towards the riding direction), clamp the seat tube clamp (P10), and use T25 bit to drive the limit screw into the limit slot without locking (P11), then use L-type 2mm hex key to lock the fastening screw (P12)

Insert the seat cushion into the clamp(P13), and rotate the loose clamp upper block by 90°(P14)

Locate the clamp in the middle of the bow position(P15), and use T45 bit to lock screw M6 under the seat cushion(Torque: 20-25N·m), then fixed torsion: 25 N·m(P16)

Install the battery and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery(P17)
