Segway B200 E-Bike - Rear Fender Assembly Repair Video

Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, T20 bit Operating steps: Remove the battery, and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery

Remove rear fork left and right decorative cover labels (P1, P2), and use T20 bit to remove four screws M4×12 from the left and right decorative cover(P3, P4), then remove the left and right decorative cover

Use T20 bit to remove four screws M4x12 from the rear fender left and right shore(P5, P6)

Use T20 bit to remove two screws M4×12 at the front end of the rear fender(P7), then pull out the wiring harness and disconnect it(P8)

Remove the rear fender assembly(P9)

Get a new rear fender assembly, then connect the wiring harness and thread it into the hole(P10, P11)

Use T20 bit to lock two screws M4×12 at the front end of the rear fender(Torque: 1.3±0.1N·m)(P12)

Use T20 bit to lock four screws M4x12 from the rear fender left and right shore(Torque: 1.3±0.1N·m)(P13, P14)

Install the left and right decorative cover(The inside of the decorative cover can be distinguished from the left and right: L&R, notch facing up), and use T20 bit to lock four screws M4×12 from the left and right decorative cover(Torque: 1.3±0.1N·m)(P15, P16)

Get two rear fork decorative cover labels, and attach them to the groove of decorative cover, then press hard with hand to smooth(P17, P18)

Install the battery and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery(P19)
