Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, ratchet wrench: 8mm, 11mm, 14mm, L-T45 wrench, T45 bit, L-type 2.5mm hex key Operating steps: Loosen the adjusting nut M5 and the locking nut M5 of the front brake cable with a 14mm and 8mm ratchet wrench(P1), and insert the L-type 2.5mm hex key into the end of the brake cable to fix the brake cable, then use the 8mm ratchet wrench to remove the locking nut M5(P2, P3)

Remove the adjusting nut M5, spring dust shield and lock pillar in turn(P4, P5)

Use 11mm ratchet wrench to loosen the brake cable retaining nut M7(P6), pull the brake cable up(P7)

Use T45 bit and L-T45 wrench to remove the front axle screw and front axle(P8, P9), then remove the front wheel and drum brake(P10)

Get a new front wheel assembly, and put oil seal shaft sleeve into the oil seal on both sides of the front hub, set the drum brake, stick the drum brake limit bump and shaft sleeve into the front fork groove(P11), align the middle hole of the hub with the front fork hole, insert the front wheel shaft from the non-drum brake side(P12), apply the front wheel shaft screw with red high strength thread glue (at least 5 teeth, 360°) from the drum brake side(P13)(Torque: 25±1 N·m), then fixed torsion:26N·m

Thread the brake cable into the drum brake positioning hole(P14), and use 11mm ratchet wrench to lock the brake cable retaining nut M7(P15)(Torque: 4.0-4.5 N·m)

Install spring dust shield, lock pillar and adjusting nut M5 in turn (P16, P17)

Use 8mm ratchet wrenches and L-type 2.5mm hex key to preload the front brake cable adjusting nut M5 and lock nut M5(P18) Fine-tune the braking steps: Refer to B200-C011 SOP of replacing left brake handle assembly
