How to replace the rear brake line

Tool preparation: T20 bit, T25 bit, T30 bit, PH1 bit, H2 bit, H6 bit, 8mm wrench, 11mm wrench, 14mm wrench, tweezers, corner turner, electric screwdriver Remove the seat cushion Power off the E bike, pull the cable lock out of the fender cover. Remove the seat cushion anti-theft screw M58 with T20 bit and corner turner, open the seat tube clamp outwards, and then take out the seat tube and seat cushion upward. Remove the rear fender Remove 1 screws ST4.8x13 with T20 bit, pick up the top cover of the rear fender and disconnect the ware harness of the sensor, then take out the top cover. Remove the cable lock label, remove 2 screws M58 with T20 bit, then remove the side cover of the rear fender. Remove 1 screw M58 with T20 bit, then remove 5 screws on both sides of the fender with T25 bit, then take out the rear fender upward Remove the battery Open the battery cover with APP, then disconnect the terminal of the battery and remove the battery. Remove the battery cover Remove 2 screws M512 on both sides of the cover with T25 bit. Remove the screw M410 with H2 bit, then drive out the shaft with the bit and remove the battery cover. Remove the battery cabin inner cover Remove 2 screws M412 with T20 bit, and remove the 5 screws M4x10, take out the battery cabin inner cover from the lower end, then remove the 3 cable clips. Disassembly the rear brake line Clamp the adjust nut with 14mm wrench, and then loosen the lock nut with 8mm wrench. Hold the right brake handle tightly, tighten the rear brake line, then remove the lock nut with 8mm wrench, and remove the adjust nut, lock post and dust cover in turn. Remove the fixing screw M7 of the brake line with 11mm wrench, and then pull the brake line out of the line hole to the left. Remove 5 screws M512 with T25 bit take out the Five-outlet cover-left, then pull out the rear brake line from the five-outlet, then pull out the brake line to the battery compartment. Remove the dashboard assembly Remove 4 screws M510 under the dashboard, then pick up the dashboard assembly. Disconnect the wire harness of the dashboard, then take out the dashboard assembly. Remove the right handlebar Remove the right brake handle limit screw M510 with T25 bit, and then remove 2 screws M725 with H6 bit. Pull out the right brake handle upward, the brake handle detection harness and the rear brake line pass through the front of the vehicle together. Remove the handle grip Loosen the cap screw of the handle grip clockwise with T25 bit, then remove the end cup. Hold the handle sleeve and take it out. Remove the brake line Loosen the fixing screw with PH2 bit, take down the fixing ring of handle grip outwards. And remove the fix screw M6 on the brake assembly with T30 bit Then take out the brake assembly outwards. Turn the nut on the brake handle, hold the handle of the brake assembly, take out the metal head of the brake line from the brake handle along the cable slot, and take off the brake line.

Part 2: Assembly Install the brake line Take the new brake line, hold the handle, put the metal head of the brake line into the claw, put the fiber core of the brake line into the brake handle along the slot, and then rotate the nut to make the opening face down. Pass the brake wire and detection harness through the handlebar respectively, and then fit the brake handle onto the handlebar. Install the brake handle in place, fasten the screw M6 with T30 bit, Torque: 8-12N·m. Then install the fixing ring of the handle grip, and align it with the screw hole, and fasten it with PH2 bit, Torque: 1-3N·m. Install the handle grip Install the handle grip with one end of the flat mouth facing inward, and fit it on the handle grip fixing ring. Turn the screw of the end cover of the handle grip anticlockwise with T25 bit to make the groove of the end cover clamp the inner edge properly, then install it on the handlebar and align it with the limit hole. Fasten the end cap screws with T25 bit clockwise, Torque: 5-7N·m. Install the right handlebar Install the handlebar, insert the brake line from the corresponding round hole of the handlebar base, and thread the brake line out from the battery compartment. Then pass the brake handle detection harness through the handle base, and use tweezers to pierce the harness from the base wire hole. Fasten the brake handle limit screw M510 with T25 bit, Torque: 5-7N·m, and then fasten 2 screws M725 with H6 bit, Torque: 15-25N·m. Assembly the rear brake line Put the brake wire into the five-outlet from the battery compartment, then put it into the frame from the five-outlet, and then put it out from the flat fork wire hole. Put the rear brake line through the drum brake line hole, and tighten the nut M7 with an 11mm wrench with a torque of 5-7N·m. Install the dust cover and lock column in turn, and thread the brake wire out of the middle hole of the lock column. Then install...
