Use T30 batch heads to remove the 2 screws securing the IOT from the vertical tube(P1), unplug the IOT(P2), unplug the harness card(P3), and disconnect the harness connection between the instrument assembly and the controller(P4).

Remove the 5 screw hole rubber plugs on the instrument(P1), use the T20 batch head to remove the 5 screws(P2), pull the phone holder back(P3), and then remove the instrument assembly(P4).

Remove the 8 screws(P9)on the lower cover of the decorative cover using T10 batch heads, and remove the lower cover of the decorative cover; Use T10 batch heads to remove the 2 screws(P10)that secure the AI Box antenna plate and remove the antenna plate.

Pull out instrument assembly, disconnect all connecting harness from instrument assembly (P11), remove instrument assembly (P12)

Take the new instrument assembly, first send the controller wiring harness through the forehead into the vertical tube(P13), and send the remaining wiring harness from the top of AI box to the front of the forehead(P14). Butt the wiring harness one by one according to the cable color, arrange the wiring harness, and use T10 batch heads to lock the 2 screws on the antenna plate(P15).

Lock instrument assembly(P16)with T20 batch head, insert 5 screw hole rubber plug(P17); Take the lower cover of the decorative cover, install it according to the corresponding hole position, and use T10 heads to lock the corresponding 8 screws(P18).

Find the connection line(P19)between the instrument assembly and the controller wire harness at the vertical tube IOT, and butt in; Tidy up the wiring harness, fix it with the wiring harness card, and load it into the IOT. The IOT is first loaded into the lower part and then into the upper part(P20). Use the T30 batch head to lock the 2 screws fixing the IOT(P21)to complete the replacement of the instrument assembly.
