Remove the rubber pad (P1) from the rear fender, use the T20 batch head to remove the 4 screws (P2) holding the control area cover plate, use the T20 batch head to remove the 6 screws holding the rear fender assembly after removing the control area cover plate (P3)

Remove control area cover plate, remove rear fender assembly, disconnect rear taillight harness (P4)

Remove the taillight harness cover using PH1 batch head (P5) to remove the taillight harness cover in the rear fender assembly and remove the rear taillight (P6)

Take the taillight silicone protective cover and rear fender, install the taillight silicone protective cover into the rear fender taillight groove according to the copying structure, take a new taillight (P7), and first push the wiring harness straight through the corresponding hole of the rear fender (large round hole in the middle); Take the rear fender wire guard plate and install it in the rear fender. Do not press the wire (P8). Tighten 4 screws with PH1 batch head and torque of 0.6-0.7N·m.

Take the new rear fender assembly, connect the fender wiring harness with the red plug wiring harness on the controller (P9), arrange the wiring harness, install the rear fender in place, and use the T20 lot head to lock the 6 screws (P10) fixing the rear fender assembly in turn, with a torque of 1.5±0.2N·m; Take the cover plate of the control area, use T20 batch head to lock the 4 screws (P11), and the torque is 1.5±0.2N·m; Take the new rear fender foot pad, attach the foot pad flat, and press it flat (P12) with your hand, without wrinkles and warping.
