How to replace the left brake assembly
Tool preparation: 5.45mm pentagonal bit, 3.95mm pentagonal bit, PH2 bit, PH1 bit, H5 bit, 10mm socket wrench, 10mm wrench, tweezers, oblique pliers, cable tie, electric screwdriver Part 1: Disassembly Remove the rearview mirror Power off the moped, remove 1 screw M830 with 5.45mm Pentagonal bit, then take out the left rearview mirror. And remove the right rearview mirror in the same way. Remove the front cover of the handlebar Remove 4 screws ST4.212 on the bottom of the handlebar cover with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, hold the front cover and knock down the joint of the front and rear covers with the fist, then take out the front cover. Remove the dashboard assembly Remove 4 screws on the dashboard with PH2 bit, turn the dashboard and disconnect the wires on both side of the dashboard, remove 2 screws ST2.910 with PH1 bit and remove the wiring harness clamp, then pull off the main wiring harness and remove the dashboard assembly. Remove the rear cover of the handlebar Remove 2 screws ST2.96.5 with PH1 bit on both side of the handlebar, and take out the trims of the rear cover. Disconnect the wire harness of the right combination switch, and remove 4 screws ST4.212 and a clamp with PH2 bit, then take out the rear cover of the handlebar. Remove the footrest trim, middle edgings and front edge Remove 2 rubber stopper on the upper part of the front windshield, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, then slap the connection between the panel and the front windshield, and take out the panel. Press down and eject the left foot rest, remove 1 screw M6 * 12 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, remove the left foot rest trim, and then fold up the left foot rest. Remove one screw ST4.214 with PH2 bit. Remove the 1 screw ST4.212 at the end of the left middle edge strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove 2 rubber stoppers on left side of the pedal, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove the 3 screws ST4.212 under the left middle edge strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, and then remove the left middle edge strip and trim assembly. Remove the screw st4.2 * 14 on the left front wall edge strip with PH2 bit, push up and remove the right front wall edge strip. Then remove the right middle edge strip and trim assembly and the right wall edge strip in the same way. Pry the power lock cover up with tweezers, rotate it to the left and take out the power lock cover. Remove screw M6 * 16 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, and remove the hook. Remove 2 rubber stopper on the lower part of the wind shield, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove the left brake assembly Remove the fixing bolts M816 of the pump of the disc brake, and remove the pump from the disc brake. Then take out the tubing from the clamp and hook in turn. Remove the cable tie, disconnect the USB terminal and the wire harness of the left brake assembly. Remove 2 screws M612 and clip with H5 bit, then take off the left brake assembly. Part 2: Assembly Install the left brake assembly Align the limit hole, buckle the brake handle assembly to the handlebar (P30), take the fixing plate, and tighten two screws M6 * 12 with H5 bit, Torque: 7-11N·m Arrange the brake cable, connect the wire harness of the USB terminal and the brake assembly. Clip the brake cable onto the hook near the fork. Clamp the pump shoe of disc brake into disc brake, and fasten 2 bolts M8 * 16 with 10mm wrench, Torque: 28-33N·m Install the harness into the hook and buckle in turn. Install the front inner fender to the frame through the front fork, pre install the bolts on the upper part of both sides of the front inner fender with 10mm socket wrench and do not fasten them. Fasten the bolts on the lower part of both sides of the front inner fender with 10mm socket wrench, Torque: 9.8-14N·m. Then fasten the bolts on the upper part, Torque: 9.8-14N·m. Install the power lock cover, and the hook, and fasten the screw M616 with 5.45mm pentagon bit, Torque: 7-11N·m. Fasten 2 screws ST4.212 on both sides of the front lamp with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Fasten 2 screws ST4.212 on the lower part of the wind shield with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m, then install the rubber stoppers. Arrange the wire harness and install the cable tie Install the footrest trim, middle edgings and front edge Install the left front wall side strip buckle on the front windshield, align the snap and push down the front wall edge strip, align with the screw hole, and fasten the screw st4.214 with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Install the left side middle edge strip, fasten 2 screws st4.212 on the strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Then tighten one cross screw st4.212 with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Fasten 4 screws st4.212 under the strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Pop out the left foot rest, install the left foot...
