How to replace the front windshield

Tool preparation: 3.95mm pentagonal bit, 5.45mm mm pentagonal bit, PH2 bit, L type H6 bit, flat screwdriver, Electric screwdriver Part 1: disassembly Pull out the panel along the edge with force. Remove 4 pentagonal screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, then pull out the cowl panel with force. Remove the screws ST4.212 on both sides of the front inner fender and take out the fender. Press down on the edge strip, and separate the middle edge strip and pedal on both sides with force outwards. Remove 4 screws M612 on the foot pedal with 5.45mm pentagonal bit. Press and hold the bucket coaming, lift up the rear of the foot pedal, and separate the two sides of the pedal and the bucket connection. Press and hold the front windshield, lift up the front of the pedal, separate the connection between the pedal and the front windshield, and take out the pedal backward. Remove the cowl panel connector upwards. Disconnect the wire harness of the USB terminal and small horn, then remove the wire harnessed on both sides from the clamps. Remove the screws ST4.212 on both sides of the headlight with PH2 bit. Remove the indicator board on the cable lock, remove the screws M48 with 2.7mm pentagonal bit on the lock, disconnect the wire harness, then remove the cable lock. Remove 1 screw M825 with H6 bit, remove the lock base, and push the lock control line out of the wire hole. Remove the front windshield assembly. Remove 2 screws st4.29.5 with PH2 bit, remove the small horn cover plate and the small horn. Remove 2 ST4.29.5 screws and take the clamps with PH2 bit. Press the buttons on both sides inward with a straight start, and take down the USB terminal outward. Remove 2 ST4.29.5 screws and press the buckle with flat screwdriver to take out the USB panel. Part 2: assembly Take the new front windshield part, attach the USB panel buckle to the front windshield, fasten 2 screws ST4.29.5 with PH2 bit. Install the clamps on both sides, fast 2 screws st4.29.5 with PH2, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Install the small horn, install it on the USB panel face down, with the harness at the bottom, install the small horn pressing plate, and fasten 2 screws st4.29.5 with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Install the USB terminal into the USB panel from the front, pay attention to the USB direction, with the trident arrow pointing left, and press it into place. Install the front windshield onto the frame. Put the cable lock wire harness out of the USB panel. Install the lock base, put the wire harness through the round hole, align the screw hole on the frame, fix the lock base and the front windshield together with M825 bolt with H6 bit, Torque: 18-25N·m. Install the cable lock, connect the control harness, buckle it to the lock base, the end with lock tongue is upward. Fasten the screws M48 with 2.7mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 1.8-2.2N·m, then attach the label. Fasten the screws ST4.212 on both sides of the headlight with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Connect the wire harness of the USB terminal and small horn, then fix the wire harnessed on both sides with the clamps. Install the cowl panel connector. Install the pedal, insert the pedal bayonet into the front windshield card slot, press the screw holes on both sides to fasten the foot pedal and the front windshield together. Align the screw holes, press the tail of both sides of the foot pedal, and install it with the seat barrel buckle. Tighten 4 screws M612 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 7-11N·m. Press the edge strip inward to make the edge strip on both sides and the foot pedal together. Install the front inner fender, align the clips on both sides with the slots, and press in. fasten the screws on both sides with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Attach the edge panel to the frame, Pay attention to the alignment of the clip slot. Then fasten 4 pentagonal screws ST4.2*12 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, and Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Install the front plate, and align to the clamping slot and make it fully engaged.
